Yes, Homebuyer Surveys and Snagging Surveys can be paid via clearpay, which entitles you to spread the payment, interest free over 4 payments. Get in touch for further details and a quote. EPCs are not eligible. 

New build homes should be immaculate for you to move into but this isn't always the case. the average new build property contains between 50 and 150 snags!

Weather dependant, we always try to use the latest technology to inspect hard to reach places such as the roof. This isn't always possible or necessary and will depend on the surveyors findings on the day.

Here at South Lincs Surveyors, we are accredited with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This means that we are verified and qualified and insured to carry out a range of residential property surveys such as Building Surveys, Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys, Damp and Mould Surveys and Snagging Surveys.

Depending on the size of the property, a survey typically takes between 2 and 4 hours to complete on site. 

Reports are sent out within 4 working days of the survey. 

Earlier the better. It is best to instruct us to carry out a survey as soon as possible. You can cancel and get a refund anywhere up to 48 hours before the appointment (subject to T&C).
