A drone survey enables your surveyor to safely inspect elements such as the pitched roof coverings, flat roof covering, garage roof coverings, chimney stacks, gutters, valley gutters and sarking felt.
Drone surveys give an indication of problems of elements that otherwise cannot be inspected. We carry out drone surveys as standard with all Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, subject to the weather conditions. Sometimes, it isn't possible or necessary to complete a drone survey.
Drone surveys are particularly valuable when access is only possible with scaffolding or cherry pickers. We have completed drone inspections to historic building roof coverings as well as modern properties. Having a drone survey dramatically reduces the cost of hiring scaffolding or other access equipment.
