In order to carry out a thorough survey on your property, we use drones, thermal imaging cameras, vane anemometers, hygrometers and moisture readers to see everything that cannot be seen with the human eye. We will advise repairs based on the most up to date regulations and give practical advice on solutions.
Surveys tend to take 1.5 - 3 hours to complete and you will receive your report (with photographs) within 4 working days.
As independent surveyors, we will not sell you products to 'remedy' a damp problem. We have never come across a property that has needed 'tanking', 'waterproofing' or having chemical injected into the walls. Instead we will assess the condition of a building and recommend solutions that will stop the problem, such as wall repairs, exposing damp proof courses, insulating and ventilating effectively.
